Return policy
While we strive to meet our customer's needs we do understand things change and situations arise that may require cancelation of orders. This is why we allow orders to be cancelled up to 24 hours before delivery date. After that the sauna is no longer returnable or cancelable. If there are issues or concerns they must be brought up upon or before the delivery is completed. We will do every reasonable thing we can to accommodate the customer.
